Selling games to raise funds for the RCI

Hi! I’m Jamie, a member of the Revolutionary Communist International. I’m an independent game developer, and I’m experimenting with selling my games to fellow RCI members to raise funds for the organisation.

Any money you send me to purchase these games will all go into the coffers of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Austria, the country where I live. I am making zero profit from this.

This money will go toward things like paying fulltimers, printing newspapers and pamphlets, and other important activities that keep our organisation functioning. Every sale counts: it’s vital we remain a self-funded organisation so we can stay independent, and speak truth to power!

If you’re interested in this idea, here’s what you can do.

Pick a game to purchase

I’m selling two games for this cause: Spinnortality and Silicon Dreams. (Click the links for more info and screenshots.)

Silicon Dreams (price: €15) is a cyberpunk interrogation game where you question androids, learn their secrets, gain their trust, and decide whether to destroy them for glitching out. It asks questions like “Who gets to be treated as a human?” and “Isn’t it messed up that company policy can get people killed?”

Spinnortality (price: €10) is a cyberpunk management sim where you play a giant evil company trying to take over the world. It’s very tongue-in-cheek, but it’s also meant to sneeeakily teach the player about how capitalism works.

If you’re interested, how can you buy these games?

If you’re interested in buying either Spinnortality or Silicon Dreams, write me an email using the form below, and I’ll give you my bank details. Once you’ve paid me, I’ll send you a Steam key (or an itch.io key if you prefer) and you can download the game!

Thank you for your response. ✨

What to do if you think these games are cool

If you like my games, first of all: thank you! If you’d like to help me out, a positive Steam review for either game would be very helpful.

If you’d like to stay informed about my next projects, you could sign up to my mailing list or follow me on social media. All my games have been pretty lefty, and the next one will have an actual full-blown revolution in it inspired by the Russian and German revolutions, so I’m sure you’ll find it interesting!
